Ordering, payment and delivery methods
How do I order?
Select and add to your cart the products you wish to purchase, taking into account size and color, if applicable.
Click the 'Send order' button and within 24 hours you will be contacted by us to confirm your order.
In order to be shipped, any order requires prior confirmation, so please make sure that the contact details entered on the order page are correct.
After confirming the order, a proforma invoice will be issued and sent by fax or e-mail.
How do I pay?
To pay for purchased products, you have two options:
1. Cash on delivery upon receipt of the parcel;
2. Payment by bank transfer.
1. Cash on delivery
If you opt for cash on delivery, you will pay the full value of the order upon receipt of the package directly to the express courier agent who makes the delivery.
2. Payment by bank transfer
If payment is made by bank transfer, the full amount of the order must be paid in advance with a payment order, according to the proforma invoice issued. The order will be delivered only after a copy of the payment order has been sent by fax or e-mail.
A copy of the payment order can be sent to the email address office@nordexsafety.ro.
If customization of products with the buyer's logo is requested, advance payment of the ordered products will be requested.
How is delivery made?
Delivery will be made by express courier (DPD or Fan Courier) within 24 to 48 hours after confirming the order by phone or email and sending it, for products confirmed as being in stock.
For orders with a minimum value of 500 lei , shipping is free.
For orders smaller than this value, the shipping cost is 23.99 lei.
How can I return ordered products?
Products can be returned within a maximum of 14 days. from receipt of the package without the need to invoke a specific reason, as long as the products are intact and preferably in the original packaging.
The legal deadline for returning the money is maximum 15 days from the return of the order, to the personal bank account (for individuals) or the company's (legal entities) account that you will provide through the return form.
We will refund the value of the order with all related taxes.
The return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
How you can return products:
1.Send us an email at office@nordexsafety.ro .
2. You will receive the return form by email. The form is completed and sent by email. or together with the ordered product.
You have the option to return the package through any courier company and you will pay the return shipping fee directly to the courier.

3. The purchase invoice will also be found in the package.
4. The purchased product must be returned with accessories (mandatory) and the product box/packaging (preferable).
If you want to change the size of the products :
1.Send us an email at office@nordexsafety.ro .
2. You will receive the return/size exchange form by email. The form must be completed and sent by email.
3. You will be contacted by a sales representative to determine if the new size requested is in stock and when delivery will be made.
4. You have the option to return the package through any courier company and you will pay the return shipping fee directly to the courier.

5. When the product reaches us, if it meets the return requirements (see return policy), we will send you the requested size within the established deadline. (see point 3)
The shipping cost for the new package is borne by the customer and will be 23.99 lei .
Product returns are not accepted. which:
1. shows signs of use, stains, damage or wear.
Example: we recommend that footwear be tried on on a soft surface (carpet, carpet) to prevent damage to the product; Clothing should be tried on but not stained and labels should not be removed.
2. cannot be accepted for health or hygiene reasons (example: disposable products) and which have been unsealed
3. were customized at the buyer's request
Return the product you no longer want in the same condition it was delivered in!
We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not fall within this return policy!
For products that are returned as a result of quality non-conformity discovered during use, during the warranty period

2. You will receive the return form by email. The form is completed and sent by email.
3. You will be contacted by a sales representative to determine the reason for the non-conformity and, after obtaining agreement on the acceptance of the quality complaint, the product can be returned, in which case the return shipping will be paid by us.
