Methods of ordering, payment and delivery
How to order
Select and add to the basket the products you want to purchase, taking into account the size and color, if applicable.
Press the 'Send order' button and within a maximum of 24 hours you will be contacted by us to confirm your order.
In order to be shipped, any order requires a prior confirmation, so please make sure that the contact details inserted in the order page are correct.
After confirming the order, a proforma invoice will be issued which will be sent by fax or e-mail.
How do I pay?
To pay for the purchased products, you have two options:
1. Refund payment upon receipt of the package;
2. Payment by bank transfer.
1. Cash on delivery payment
If you opt for payment in the cash on delivery system, you will pay the full value of the order upon receipt of the parcel directly to the fast courier agent who makes the delivery.
2. Payment by bank transfer
If payment by bank transfer is chosen, the full value of the order must be paid in advance with a payment order, according to the proforma invoice issued. The order will be delivered only after the transmission by fax or e-mail of a copy of the respective payment order.
The copy of the payment order can be sent to the e-mail address office@nordexsafety.ro.
If personalization of the products with the buyer's logo is requested, advance payment of the ordered products will be requested.
How to make the delivery
The delivery will be made by fast courier (DPD or Fan Courier) within 24 to 48 hours from the confirmation of the order by phone or e-mail and its dispatch, for the products confirmed as being in stock.
For orders whose value exceeds 450 lei net (without VAT), shipping is free.
For orders smaller than this value, shipping is 15.13 lei (without VAT).
How can I return the ordered products?
Products can be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the package without the need to invoke a specific reason, only if the products are intact and preferably in the original packaging.
The legal term for returning the money is the maximum 15 days from the return of the order, in the personal bank account (for natural persons) or of the company (legal persons) that you will provide through the return form.
We will refund the value of the order with all related taxes.
Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
How you can return the products:
1. Send us an email to the address office@nordexsafety.ro .
2. You will receive the return form by e-mail. The form is completed and sent by e-mail or together with the ordered product.
You can return the package through any courier company and you will pay the return shipping fee directly to the courier.

3. The purchase invoice will also be found in the package
4. The purchased product must be returned together with the accessories (mandatory) and with the box/packaging of the product (preferable).
If you want to change the size of the products :
1. Send us an email to the address office@nordexsafety.ro .
2. You will receive the return/size exchange form by email. The form is completed and sent by e-mail.
3. You will be contacted by a sales representative to determine if the requested new size is in stock and when the delivery will be made.
4. You have the possibility to return the parcel through any courier company and you will pay the return shipping fee directly to the courier.

5. When the product arrives at us, if it complies with the return requirements (see the return policy), we will send you the requested size, within the set deadline. (see point 3)
The cost of transportation for the new parcel is borne by the customer and will be 15.13 lei (without VAT) .
Product returns are not accepted which:
1. shows traces of use, stains, damage or wear.
Example: we recommend that you try on the shoes on a soft surface (carpet, carpet), to prevent damage to the product; The clothing should be tried on but not stained and the labels should not be removed.
2. cannot be accepted for reasons of health or hygiene protection (example: single-use products) and which have been unsealed
3. were customized at the buyer's request
Return the product you no longer want in the same condition in which it was delivered!
We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not fall within this return policy!
For products that are returned as a result of quality non-conformity discovered during the period of use, during the warranty period

2. You will receive the return form by e-mail. The form is completed and sent by e-mail.
3. You will be contacted by a sales representative to determine the reason for non-conformity and, after obtaining the agreement regarding the acceptance of the quality notification, the product can be returned, in which case the return shipping will be borne by us.
